Deposit Policy

• To confirm your reservation a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. 50% balance is due upon check-in.
• Kindly note that the confirmation invoice reflects charges in US Dollars. Not inclusive of 9% hotel tax and 8% service charge.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival date receive a full refund
• Changes or cancellations made within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date have the option to reschedule your travel dates up to one year in advance or lose deposit.
